I would highly recommend the Kennesaw location of 1st Choice! The staff is very friendly and it is obvious they are trained to give good customer service. Jessica is very welcoming at the front desk and wait times are very short, if any. Dental Assistant Karla is very thorough and explains everything in advance of the procedure and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the procedure. Dr. Orza is top notch and everyone works well together. He recently completed a dental implant for me and I am very happy with it! Sheri and Debbie are also great to work through your charges and insurance. I am so happy we have this great dental office in Kennesaw!

Today was my first visit to the office. Prior to that, Morgan and Amy (hygienist) spoke to me on the phone. Both were very friendly and professional. The office was the same. The desk staff, Amanda and Sydney, were courteous and welcoming. Chastity, the dental assistant, showed me around the office and got me settled. She took my Xrays and was very careful. She was very kind. She even got me a pillow!!! Amy did a great job. She, too, was very professional and courteous. Dr. Baugh came in and checked my teeth. She did not try to pressure me into getting procedures that I could not afford. My experience with 1st Choice was truly a joy.

I was suffering from severe pain in my jaw and tooth. 1st Choice was able to fit me in immediately, and Dr. McRee figured out the problem instantly. Unfortunately, I had an infection in the bone that required a tooth extraction with some bone removal and bone grafting. I was terrified, but Dr. McRee, his assistant Sydney and everyone was wonderful. Dr. McRee was unbelievably gentle with the needle to numb me, and after that, I felt absolutely nothing! I have had cleanings that hurt more than this pretty invasive procedure. I have been beyond impressed with Dr. McRee and everyone with 1st Choice's Woodstock location!

Great Experience! I went into this office for a general cleaning and found out that I needed to have root canals. I finally got up the nerve to have the procedure done. I arrived at the office and was welcomed in by the friendly staff. Courtney ensured I was comfortable and helped me relax. I expressed my concerns and I felt like Dr. Orza listened and it was very well done. I was very comfortable during the process which was quick, efficient, and painless. It's been nearly 48 hours. and there's a hint of soreness but no pain. Best experience from a dentist, hands down! I'll definitely be returning!

I had my first appointment with 1st Choice today and could not have been more pleased with my experience. First impressions first, the office environment was warm and welcoming. From beginning to end the staff were courteous, considerate, and professional (not to mention prompt, no endless waiting in this office!). Aubrey and Dr. Lily were thorough in both my exam and cleaning. From my initial scheduling interaction to the friendly "have a great day" I received as I walked out the door, I have been greatly impressed with the level of care provided by the team at 1st Choice Dental Care Woodstock.

The very best dental group hands down! Dr. Stephanie and her team are amazing and so customer service driven. They truly care about their patients and have created a warm and welcoming environment. For most people, a dental visit isn't something they look forward to. This team will make your experience nothing short of excellent. Your comfort and well being during procedures is always top of mind. I have had extensive dental work in the past few years and would not hesitate to recommend 1st Choice Dental! My entire family of 4 was seen and given immediate treatment plans on short appointment notice. There was NO wait, everyone was absolutely fabulous, and very accommodating. With a two month old baby, two school aged kids, and my husband I was prepared for a LONG and ARDUOUS day at the dentists. That was totally not the case! I was completely relaxed and they took care of everything... even my husband! Lol! There is no other place we'll be going for any dental needs... and FYI, the office (kennesaw) is beside Dunkin Donuts. My GPS had me all in the apartments behind that, lol.

Everyone was very professional and personal! All staff members were friendly and I enjoyed talking with Ashley over the phone when setting up my first appointment. The young lady that check me in explain everything about visit. When checking out the staff member was very informative about what my insurance would and would not cover for the work I needed done. The dental H (Aubury) was great and was always concern about my well being! After my last dental visit with Coast dental the dentist at First was a breath of fresh air. Wow, I look forward to going to the dentist!
