I just had some implants done and I had some extreme anxiety, never have cared for dental procedures. I do have to say that Dr. Stephanie Fransoso and her staff were absolutely amazing!! The assistants Emily & Karla made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process and talked me through it. Heather even sat with me and checked on me like 3 times!! I have and will always refer everyone here because not only is Dr.Fransoso and her staff the best, but they truly care about they do and shows!!

I love this dentist! Very clean, modern office with friendly staff! My hygienist was friendly and efficient. She recommended several things that could improve my dental health, including some services offered at their office, but was never pushy or guilting me into buying anything. The dentist was also friendly and very thorough. I also appreciated the bottle of water I was given upon arrival and the gift bag I received for being a new patient. I will be using 1st choice dental for years to come!

The staff at 1st Choice Dental are always professional and efficient in a very charming way. I always get a reminder text of my upcoming appt which makes changing it a breeze. When we get to the office Amanda always lets us know she is glad to see us again. Our hygienist, Amy is very knowledgeable about the latest procedures, techniques, and products that can contribute to our overall oral health. It's always a pleasure checking out with Sydney since the bill always adds up to what we expect.

You always have apprehensions when going to a dentist. I've had problems in the past at other dentists. At 1st Choice, those were alleviated. The staff was great and knowledgeable. there were no problems with getting an appointment. They were very gentle, not rough like other places. I am in the process of getting a crown done and so far this has been one of the best experiences at a dentist I have had in a long time. Keep it up!! My visit was wonderful. Holly, Amanda, and the staff were truly accommodating and professional. When a lab service could not deliver on a scheduled date for my procedure the staff went into action and made it happen for me. This procedure afforded me not to cancel a very important business trip planned. Also, the staff also caught a billing error saving me money as well. Dr. Vaughn ( her father is a fellow Vietnam Veteran) is wonderful professional with tremendous patient skills and presence

With me being afraid of the dentist, they were so kind and gentle. Amanda put me at ease from the time I walked through the door with laughter. Laura walked me through step by step of everything she was doing. I know I was a little difficult due to the discomfort I was having. Dr. Vaughn was very welcoming and let me know I was in good hands. During checkout, Holly was great and explained everything that was going to happen from now on. I will be taking my children to them for sure!

A speedy check-in with limited paperwork that got down right down to the necessary information for a first visit. My appointment started on time which I really liked. Dr. Emil was concerned about my tooth which was chipped and completed the work quickly without trying to upsell me on a root canal that I did need as another dentist office did that I went to. I don't live close to the Kennesaw office and it was worth every mile! Thanks, Dr. Emil and your staff for their great care!

First of all, I'VE HATED going to the dentist all my adult life. I overheard a coworker saying how she LOVED her dentist office. Ummmmmm, no one loves that!! Boy, was I in for a life changing experience. My hygienist (Liz) is the BEST! I'm so much more educated now, and she told me "give me a year....." I followed her instructions, and I'm a living testimony that they can get you back GOOD! MY NUMBERS ARE UP!!! I LOVE YOU GUYS OVER THERE! GREAT GREAT DOCTORS TOO!!
