1st Choice Dental Care in Kennesaw in all my dental experience has one of the nicest and most courteous staff. They are on top of the latest dental technology; they make their own crowns and they care how those crowns look and feel in your mouth! Dr. Orza and Karla took care of me today- an old amalgam filling had started cracking one of my teeth and I knew the pain meant a problem. Luckily they were able to see me right away. The old filling was removed and replaced. Now, no more silver metal in that tooth and no more pain!

Never liked going to the Dentist. UNTIL I started going to 1st Choice (kennesaw) My hygienist Ashley is Absolutely Amazing!!! I would definitely recommend 1st choice for their professionalism, friendliness, and that extra effort to make you feel comfortable and get to know you. And most importantly I'm never waiting in the waiting room for long before my service!!! I can proudly say that I am on a healthy route when it comes to my teeth/gums health today compared to 3 years ago. Thanks guys keep up the great service!!!

Dr. Vaughn was out so I saw Dr. Mcree. He was great. He's very nice and is interested in the best treatment for you as an individual. Shannon was great to deal with when it came to billing and follow-up appointment scheduling. The entire experience was very personalized, professional and relaxing! I highly recommend them!

This was my first visit. One of the best dental office I have been to. Very friendly receptionist. My dental Hygienist Liz was amazing. Excellent explaining things in a way that's understandable, very good cleaning and she spent extra time making sure she did not miss anything. The doc was great,explained things and options for my future care.The whole process was so coordinated and very easy. The office was very clean and comfortable. Easy to make appointments. Love this place. Nothing that I can add. Keep it up!

Last week I had Dr. Orza perform a much-needed root canal along with the crown. Maybe I should have started off by saying I was dreading this procedure, as I have heard so many stories from other places. After getting it done I can honestly say that 1st Choice Dental and Dr. Orza have blown my expectations away. The procedure was quick and 100% completely painless. I have had hair cuts that hurt more. I highly recommend to anyone looking for great dental care to check out 1st Choice Dental Care and Dr. Orza

Always a pleasant experience! I've been here many times and have *never* experienced an unreasonable wait time. Wonderfully friendly and professional staff. The hygienists are the sweetest and Dr. Orza is very kind. They all provide transparent details regarding care and cost. Treatments and care are always thorough and gentle. I would confidently recommend 1st Choice to anyone. Don't worry if it's been a long time since you've seen a dentist either, you will feel comfortable here regardless. 10/10

One of my front teeth began hurting and I called several dentists and was told it would be 2-3 days before I could be seen. 1st Choice not only saw me that same day but after the dentist confirmed that I needed a root canal, they also found an endodontist that would see me that day, as well! All of the staff at 1st Choice Dental are extremely caring and personable. I have never liked going to the dentist, but they make the experience a lot less stressful for me. I would recommend them 100%!!
