I am not one who likes going to the dentist office. 1st Choice Woodstock has changed my mind about that. The staff there are freaking hilarious. They make me want to smile before I walk in and they keep me laughing even when I am leaving. From the ladies checking me in, to the staff members who do the work, and the dentist herself all make me feel like I am their number 1 patient. (Can't put a price tag on that) I can honestly say that they are a part of my family. I have been going to this office for 3 years now and I highly recommend you try them out.

I was welcomed in by Amanda at the front desk, who was friendly and professional. Aubrey, my hygienist, got me from the waiting room in a timely fashion. She gave me a tour of the office and was extremely detailed throughout my whole appointment. She let me know what I would be paying upfront, prior to anything being done- the first time I've ever had this happen at a dentist office and it was nice not to be surprised by the bill at the end! Would highly recommend this office to all. So glad I gave them a try as I plan on coming here going forward!

I have had very bad experiences with other dentists most of my life until my appointment with First Choice. 1st Choice Dental (Woodstock Office) has renewed my faith in dentistry. My teeth look better than they have in 15 years, and things that other dentists had told me I just had to live with, First Choice Dental resolved. The staff was friendly, amazingly considerate, professional, and thorough. This was my first visit to them, but they have earned my business. I highly recommend them if you're in search of a dentist in the Woodstock area.

Just left 1st Choice after Dr. Vaughn worked on one of my back teeth preparing it for a temporary crown. This was the first time I have ever had anything major done to my teeth. Oh, I have cleanings and a few fillings but nothing like this. I was very worried about having this procedure done but I can honestly say it wasn't bad at all. I loved the way both Dr. Vaughn and her amazing assistance, Sydney, explained each step and even knew when I needed a break. I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Vaughn and her office. Everyone there is awesome.

Best experience I have EVER had at the dentist. Dr. Fransoso, Ashley, Emily, Anna, and even Jessica at the front desk were all extremely friendly, informative, straightforward, and generally a pleasure to meet. I had an appointment for a cleaning, and they were able to fit me in the same day for a filling! They go out of their way to make it a good experience, and helped me with my specific needs. Ps. The office is very nice too! I have never seen such amazing customer service at any dentist or doctors office. 10/10 will come back here.

I have been extremely happy with Dr. Orza and his staff! After previous bad experiences with dentists, they make the visit as pleasant as possible. They also have the latest technology! Today they made a crown while I waited and it is a perfect fit! Jessica always greets me by name when I come into the office and Karla is just awesome. She is so knowledgeable and keeps you informed throughout the process. Debbie is really good with the insurance and billing questions and I never feel like I am in the dark. Kudos to this office!

I've been coming here for years. I absolutely love the staff Heather, Shelby and the best hygienist DAWN!!! They even have a hospitality menu where you can choose all kinds of things to make your visit more comfortable. iPods, earphones, warm blankets, neck pillows, lip moisturizer, warm towelettes and water. Feels like a spa and definitely smells like one. For someone who dreads going to the dentist, this sure does release all of the anxiety I would normally have. Way to go HEATHER!!!...Oh and my dentist is awesome Dr.Orza!!!

1st Choice Dental Care in Kennesaw in all my dental experience, has one of the nicest and most courteous staff. They are on top of the latest dental technology; they make their own crowns and they care how those crowns look and feel in your mouth! Dr. Orza and Karla took care of me today- an old amalgam filling had started cracking one of my teeth and I knew the pain meant a problem. Luckily they were able to see me right away. The old filling was removed and replaced. Now, no more silver metal in that tooth and no more pain!
